Rental Criteria For Residency
Apartments are not held, reserved or secured until a rental agreement or reservation deposit has been signed and payment has been made. We process applications very quickly and apartments rent fast.
Approval is based on credit score, background, and rental history.
*Co-signers Requirements: Approval is subject to adjustment based on credit, background check, and rental history. If an applicant has no credit score due to no activity, we will require a qualified co-signer*.
Monthly income must be equal to 3 times stated rent, and must be from a verifiable, legal source.
Must own their own home
No adverse rental history
Credit score of 700+
